Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and visually appealing.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve our culinary goals and standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management and Cost Control
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and follow our health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the kitchen is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Education and Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
- Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in menu planning, execution, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
