Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
- Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our culinary staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for food quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet the demands of our guests.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience
- Certifications: Cook Trade Certification, Safe Food Handling certificate, Food Safety Certificate
As a member of our culinary team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of our kitchen.
