We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team at Lake Louise Ski Resort & Summer Gondola. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Department with day-to-day activities, including floats, outlet cash outs, data input, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit daily cashouts from all departments, ensuring accurate final figures and identifying errors.
  • Perform related clerical duties, such as data entry, creating sales reports, word processing, and maintaining filing and record systems.
  • Prepare and issue change orders and floats.
  • Balance and reconcile daily sales.
  • Track 8000 accounts.
  • Conduct general office administration, including cleaning and vacuuming.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of cash handling experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse range of people and departments.
  • A Police Background Check from your home country or province will be required upon commencement of employment.
Work Schedule and Dress Code
