Accounting Clerk

At Slave Lake Accommodations LTD, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, as well as preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare cheques for payroll
* Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Maintain computerized bookkeeping systems

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Bondable
* Own transportation

Work Environment:

* On-site customer service
* Rural area

Language:

* English

Hours:

* 35 hours per week
