About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at LOK AWAAZ INC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and income tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
  • Language: English.
