We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cobs Bread. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and manage food preparation
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance on sanitation and safety procedures
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control
* Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
* Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including food order summaries for the chef

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service management
* Ability to work on site, with no option for remote work
* Strong knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain quality control standards
