Job Title: Head Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Beirut Express. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to maintain our high culinary standards.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets and weddings.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Consult with clients to understand their culinary needs and preferences.
  • Recruit and hire staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
