Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 15043999 CANADA INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate special events and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs, planning menus and estimating food requirements to meet customer demands.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, inspecting kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, managing kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
