We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at El-Amm Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our customers.
- Culinary Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
