Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Thai Express. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality of food.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to meet the needs of our kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with our management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
