We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and lead transformational change across our organization.

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance, scale, and optimize our business. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams, developing business cases, and creating strategy materials to communicate business value and outcomes to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives
  • Develop business cases and strategy materials to communicate business value and outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives
  • Act as a champion of the strategy, driving change management and activation within teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of transformational change experience, including strategy development and initiative execution
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering large-scale and complex enterprise initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to simplify ambiguous concepts
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship management skills, with ability to lead, motivate, and inspire staff
