Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Strategy to join our Transformation and Enterprise Operations (TEO) team. As a key member of our Strategy and Operating Office (S&OO) team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our strategy to enhance, scale, and optimize our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies for key focus areas in partnership with line of business experts
  • Create business cases and develop paths that highlight opportunities for technology enhancement/investment that foster innovation, scalability, and efficiency
  • Act as a champion of the strategy, working with our pillar leads to drive change management and activation of our strategy within their teams
  • Develop clear and concise ways of communicating the business impact of emerging technology, new business models, product offerings, and complex messages
  • Be a cross-functional team player, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple geographies and seniority levels
Requirements
  • 5+ years of transformational change experience, including strategy development and initiative execution
  • 5+ years of experience in the delivery of large-scale and complex enterprise initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to simplify ambiguous concepts
  • Effective at working with senior management and operations teams to understand needs and requirements
  • Strong impact and influence abilities, including sound insight and judgment into business
