Our Corporate Headquarters is seeking an intern to join the Sales Operations Department. The selected candidate will assist the Sales Operations Team, which oversees sales planning, reporting, logistics, and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Control Analyst to ensure precise and timely implementation of monthly sales incentive programs.
  • Aid the Business Control Analyst in managing retailer sales receivables.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales programs and prepare management reports.
  • Support the administration of retailer co-op claims.
  • Assist with the management of the Masters Club and VIP programs.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the National Sales Department.
  • Undertake additional tasks as necessary to enhance the overall efficiency of BMW Group.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on business.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
  • Experience in coding for data processing and database management is a plus.
