Our Corporate Headquarters is seeking an intern for the Sales Operations Department. The selected candidate will assist the Sales Operations Team, which is responsible for sales strategy, reporting, logistics, and incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the Business Control Analyst in the precise and timely setup of monthly sales incentive programs.
- Supporting the Business Control Analyst with the daily management of retailer sales receivables.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of sales programs and generating management reports.
- Aiding in the administration of retailer co-op claims.
- Assisting with the management of the Masters Club and VIP programs.
- Providing general administrative support to the National Sales Department.
- Performing other duties as necessary to enhance the overall effectiveness of BMW Group.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on business.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
- Experience in coding for data processing and database management is a plus.
