About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for leading a team of representatives in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of representatives to identify clients' financial needs and promote our products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage complaints and ensure their resolution improves client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement business development plans.
  • Ensure operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • College diploma and four to six years of experience, depending on position level OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and one to six years of experience, depending on position level.
  • Experience in personnel management and coaching.
  • Experience in business development and customer service.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
