About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Supervisor to join our team at Gressenhall Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend process improvements.
  • Financial Control: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a financial control or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and QuickBooks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
