About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Supervisor to join our team at Gressenhall Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend process improvements.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Financial Control: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of financial tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and control.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of financial software, including MS Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
