Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend process improvements.
- Financial Control: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a financial control or supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
