About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Supervisor to join our team at Gressenhall Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Transaction Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure successful project completion.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial information.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, QuickBooks, and accounting software to manage financial data and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial control or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
