- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team in place.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of physical activity and attention to detail. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure, standing for extended periods and performing tasks that require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
