Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Clinical Program Project Coordinator to contribute to our mission at our Central City Tower in Surrey, B.C.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Directs and oversees projects associated with the integration of specialized clinical programs, including planning, execution, assessment, and continuous monitoring; offers strategic guidance on complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  2. Coordinates project management efforts within a strategic change framework; supervises the formulation and execution of plans to attain desired results.
  3. Provides clinical expertise to create tools and templates; leverages best practice literature and stakeholder insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Manages daily project activities, delivers progress updates to steering committees, and implements risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Engages with key stakeholders to ensure essential support outcomes are met; facilitates the resolution of any obstacles.
  6. Utilizes change management principles to devise engagement strategies and action plans.
  7. Identifies and manages key stakeholder relationships and collaborates with Communications on outreach strategies.
  8. Establishes suitable team structures and memberships for various initiatives.
  9. Evaluates and articulates the impact of initiatives from a systems perspective.
  10. Assists in the creation of project documentation as necessary.
  11. Collaborates with programs and departments to develop, sustain, and promote relevant goals and objectives.
  12. Participates in the assessment and enhancement of tools and methodologies as required.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Planning, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

A minimum of seven (7) years of recent experience in clinical operations, including planning and project management, is essential.
