Clinical Program Project Coordinator

Position Overview: We are offering a Full-Time opportunity for a Clinical Program Project Coordinator at our Central City Tower in Surrey. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to specialized clinical program areas.
- Collaborate with clinical and facilities planning teams to formulate transition, integration, and implementation strategies aimed at achieving optimal outcomes.
- Oversee the management of assigned projects, including planning, execution, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring.
- Manage daily initiatives, providing progress updates and reporting to steering committees while implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Apply change management principles to devise engagement strategies and actionable plans.
- Identify and manage key stakeholder strategies, working alongside Communications to develop effective communication strategies.
- Assist in the creation of project documentation as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of recent experience in clinical operations, including planning and project management.
- Proficient understanding of change and project management principles, along with a solid grasp of the healthcare system.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams in a dynamic environment.
- Competence in utilizing standard PC and various software applications for initiative management.
