Key Responsibilities- Program Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day activities of our mental health team, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
- Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and provide leadership to designated clinical staff, including performance evaluation, staff training, and development.
- Client Care: Provide high-quality client care, including assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of services.
- Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including program evaluation, process improvement, and risk management.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health care, including research, policy, and clinical guidelines.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in mental health services, including 2 years of staff supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
