We are seeking a motivated and diligent individual to become a part of our team. The Warehouse Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the flow of products and materials within the storage facility, adhering to established guidelines and standards. This position involves the inspection and handling of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company policies, including personnel and quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct tasks such as inspecting, labeling, receiving, storing, picking, packing, issuing, disposing, and counting inventory items.
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers, verifying that items are in acceptable condition and correspond with the packing list or purchase order, and report any discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure that outgoing inventory is properly packed and accompanied by accurate documentation.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and safety by optimizing storage locations within the warehouse.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory checks.
  • Engage in tasks related to Kitting and Kanban point-of-use replenishment as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Address and resolve local inventory and warehouse challenges as requested by the Supervisor.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Operate a forklift or other material handling equipment upon successful completion of training and certification.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work and reside in Canada without sponsorship.
