Responsibilities:


  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels. Conduct regular inventory audits and implement inventory control procedures.
  • Receiving: Coordinate and manage the receiving process, including inspecting and verifying incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and updating inventory records.
  • Picking: Supervise the order picking process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Implement best practices for order fulfillment and minimize picking errors.
  • Shipping: Oversee the shipping process, including packing, labeling, and dispatching orders. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Purchasing: Manage purchasing activities from global suppliers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms and prices, and ensure timely procurement of materials and products.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operations.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, shipping, and purchasing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with NetSuite is an asset.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
