Operational Hours: 7 days a week, 6 AM - 10 PM EST (40-hour work schedule)

As a Tier 2 Helpdesk Advisor at JobCart Inc, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding technical assistance while supporting a prominent player in the e-commerce industry. Your expertise will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also drive the success of our business operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage various customer interaction channels, gaining experience in a dynamic industry.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to maintain high standards.
  3. Propose proactive suggestions for process enhancements to improve customer interactions.
  4. Adopt new technologies and remain engaged with digital advancements.

Essential Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or customer support capacity.
  2. Proficient with technology, including office automation tools, databases, and remote access software.
  3. High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  4. Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
