As a Group Benefits Managing General Agent (MGA+), we collaborate closely with advisors and insurance providers to deliver comprehensive back-office support and services related to group benefits. Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager (MGA+):

Reporting to the Director of Account Management (MGA+), the Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary contact for designated advisors' portfolios, particularly those eligible for MGA+ services. This role involves managing daily tasks to address client needs and concerns while overseeing account activities. The Client Relationship Manager must be adaptable, adjusting their focus based on the specific circumstances and satisfaction levels of each client. By assessing client needs, they may take on various roles, including coordinator, customer service representative, and technical expert. The Client Relationship Manager is essential for ensuring a positive customer experience by providing support, technical assistance, and overall relationship management. This position will focus on supporting a select group of advisor partners.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of various carriers and solutions, effectively communicating this information to advisors. Address and resolve incoming inquiries, engaging the appropriate resources within Partner Solutions to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. Act as a trusted intermediary between clients and operational teams. Demonstrate a high level of accountability, taking ownership of issues and managing resolutions to completion.

To excel as a Client Relationship Manager (MGA+) with GroupQuest/People Corporation, candidates should possess:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Group Benefits sales and/or service, whether on the carrier or advisor side. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality control. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and credibility in relationships. Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external clients. Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. A positive demeanor and a collaborative spirit, working well with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results promptly. High energy and a strong desire to achieve exceptional outcomes with a proactive attitude. A strong sense of ownership and commitment to working efficiently and accurately in a dynamic environment. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred qualifications include:

Fluency in French is considered an asset. GBA designation is advantageous (opportunities for personal and professional development will be provided to obtain this designation).
