About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
