Sushi Chef

Mission Junction Sushi is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. In addition to your culinary skills, you will also be responsible for ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning the kitchen and work areas. If you have a passion for Japanese cuisine and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. The work setting will be in a restaurant environment, and the work language will be English. The work term will be permanent, and the hours will be 40 hours per week.
