Job Summary

Mission Junction Sushi is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and organized.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen has everything it needs to operate efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
