Position Overview:

As a Senior Investment Consultant at National Bank, you will enhance your financial advisory skills while advancing your career in the investment sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients through a hybrid work model, combining both remote and in-office work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Illustrate the benefits of financial advice to clients using a structured advisory framework encompassing investment, financing, and protection strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive retirement and financial plans to assist clients during pivotal financial milestones.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals in mutual funds and securities to deliver exceptional investment solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring diligent account monitoring and management.
  • Promote the full range of services available under this advisory model to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Direct clients to specialized experts as necessary, including insurance and financing professionals.
  • Comply with all regulatory and risk management protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication to meet client expectations and standards.

Your Team:

As a member of the Remote Consulting team, you will join a collaborative group of 30 advisors organized into smaller, multidisciplinary teams to better serve your client portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior advisory capacity focused on investment, financing, and protection.
  • Current Mutual Funds Representative (MFR) license.
  • Proven experience in business development.
  • Strong ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English and French is essential, as you will regularly engage with clients who speak both languages.
