Position Overview

Elevate Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Lead Management Consultant to take on a Project Director role for a significant client initiative. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and educational background in the following areas:

  • A profound grasp of change management principles and frameworks, applied to intricate organizational challenges. This encompasses skills in client and partner relations, communication strategies, and project oversight.
  • Supervising multiple projects, which may include managing sub-projects and various delivery components (e.g., service design, governance, operations, customer service) in line with project management best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to outline project aims, objectives, and results that align with the organization's strategic direction.
  • Building and sustaining partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Assessing the necessary resource levels to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and conciseness tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Creating and presenting impactful presentation materials, with experience in facilitation and group dynamics.
  • Leading project teams, assigning tasks, ensuring quality deliverables, managing team workloads, and mentoring junior members.
  • Familiarity with Service Design principles.
  • Proven experience at a senior level managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple delivery components.
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships with executives and lead organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience in coaching multidisciplinary senior professionals and managers in the execution of complex projects.
  • Background in business planning, contract management, financial oversight, and negotiations.
  • Experience in leading change management during complex digital transformations is a plus.
  • Experience in public engagement is advantageous.
  • Experience in the public sector is beneficial.
  • Change management certification is a plus.

All team members are expected to engage in business development actively, thus a background in nurturing and securing new business opportunities is essential.
