Job Overview:

Required Experience & Skills:
  1. 5+ years of experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM):
  2. Expertise in overseeing hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, encompassing procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal.
  3. Demonstrated experience in implementing and enhancing HAM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Proficiency:
  1. Comprehensive experience with the ServiceNow HAM module, including asset discovery, reconciliation, and reporting.
  2. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules, and their integration with HAM.
  3. Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and integrations to facilitate HAM processes.
Best Practices in HAM:
  1. Thorough understanding of industry best practices for hardware asset management, including inventory management, compliance, and financial tracking.
  2. Capability to design and implement effective asset tracking systems that ensure data accuracy and asset visibility.

  1. Highly skilled in analyzing hardware asset data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
  2. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware asset management within ServiceNow.
Project Leadership:
  1. Experience in leading HAM projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project milestones.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
ITIL and Service Management Frameworks:

Certifications:
