Role Overview:

The Senior ServiceNow Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in optimizing service management processes within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage over 5 years of expertise in service management, particularly with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
  • Implement the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) effectively within the organization.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Utilize strong data management and analytical skills to enhance the CMDB data model.
  • Develop and implement CMDB health dashboards, along with associated processes and remediation tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent client-facing abilities, translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with various teams, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks independently, ensuring timely completion.
  • Possess familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
  • Engage in data modeling and database management as part of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
