About Radix Bookkeeping Payroll & Tax Services

We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Payroll and Tax Preparation
    • Prepare and process payroll for employees
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
    • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Accounting and Financial Analysis
    • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management
    • Prepare financial reports and statements
    • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Skills
    • Proficient in accounting software such as ACCPAC, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
