About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Goodall Transport Ltd. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as calculating fixed assets and depreciation, reconciling accounts, and preparing trial balances.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports, to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word and other relevant software.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
