About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Hashemee's Group Corporation. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and classify financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
    • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
    • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
    • Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks
    • Experience with database software and MS Office
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset
  • Skills
    • Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills
    • Proficient in accounting software
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
