About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Great White Shark Enterprises LP. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
