Pharmacy Assistant Role

At Innomar Strategies, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and technicians in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists and technicians in filling prescriptions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter, scan, and process prescriptions using our Kroll Pharmacy software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering, and receiving medications, as well as preparing and processing billings and claims.
  • Develop strong relationships with our internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy experience an asset.
  • Proficiency in Kroll Pharmacy software and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) an asset.
