Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Scene+. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and enhance member engagement.
- Take ownership of driving the overall member journey map and leveraging customer data to boost loyalty among our members.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication.
- Develop and lead the execution of Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis of results.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on Lifecycle Marketing and customer journey management.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CDP.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
