Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Scene+. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and enhance member engagement.
- Take ownership of driving the overall member journey map and leveraging customer data to boost loyalty among our members.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication.
- Develop and lead the execution of Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) campaigns, including planning, ensuring lead times, resources, and channels are aligned to support the availability and seamless execution of LCM campaigns.
- Deep understanding of developing and executing scalable Lifecycle Marketing campaigns from end to end.
- Strong grasp of various marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and customer journeys.
- Experience overseeing team building and implementing marketing initiatives, guiding their work, and staying involved as a creative and strategic thought leader.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication.
- Strategic approach to aligning business objectives with LCM initiatives that leverage customer data, segmentations, and targeting techniques to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
