Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to join our team at Scene+. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic Lifecycle Marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the execution of Lifecycle Marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate closely with the partnerships, data science, and brand marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of LCM campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to automate campaign processes within the CRM systems and with partners for increased efficiency.
- Track and analyze campaign results, deriving actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time.
- Work closely with technical development teams or external agencies to support developing and managing project delivery plans and milestones.
- Deep understanding of developing and executing scalable Lifecycle Marketing campaigns from end to end.
- Strong grasp of various marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and customer journeys.
- Experience overseeing team building and implementing marketing initiatives, guiding their work, and staying involved as a creative and strategic thought leader.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication.
