Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Market Lane Early Learning Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our organization in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations to promote a positive and productive work culture.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective HR services.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Durée de l'emploi: Permanent.

  • Heures de travail: 30 to 40 hours per week.
