About the Role

Ganapati Pharmacy Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Assemble and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
