Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing our digital database.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and information to prepare reports and provide insights to our team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
