Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at VIP Development Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
