About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at Dialectic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments through cold-calling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Conduct extensive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Qualifying Leads: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their needs and determine their level of interest.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments or demos, ensuring a smooth handoff and providing all relevant information.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with prospects through personalized communication and follow-up.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Director of Sales and Director of Demand Generation to align efforts and optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an outbound cold-calling role, preferably within a learning and development and/or SaaS organization.
  • Resilience and Grit: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges, and remain persistent in the face of rejection.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You are a confident and articulate communicator, capable of clearly articulating our value proposition and building rapport with prospects.
  • Coachability and Adaptability: You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to adapt your approach to achieve optimal results.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: You are adept at managing your time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Competitive Spirit: You are driven to succeed, motivated by exceeding targets, and enjoy a healthy sense of competition.
  • Tech Savviness: You are comfortable using CRM systems, sales tools, and other technologies to streamline your workflow.
