Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and ensure the office is running efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Google Drive.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
