Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome and Engagement: Welcome and greet guests at the Guest Service Center, proactively engaging with them to provide a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Event Promotion and Support: Maintain knowledge of upcoming events and store locations, promoting store merchandise with exceptional customer service and assisting with event planning and execution.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Maintain effective communication with Center retailers, promptly answering inquiries, and resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the client and other departments, coordinating with other teams to meet guest needs and create an exceptional experience.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Two years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English language (verbal and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexible working outside in all weather conditions, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
