Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader to join our team at SHAN FREIGHTWAY INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
- Lead the development and implementation of human resources policies and programs
- Collaborate with senior leaders to establish organizational objectives and goals
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
- 5 years or more of experience in human resources and organizational development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
